Wash Machine Blues

Andrew, he got a washmachine, and it won’t wash a single sock

Andrew, he got a washmachine, and it won’t wash a single sock

Whatever has he done, whatever has the poor boy done

Andrew, he love his washmachine, but he has broke it’s tumblin chain

Andrew, he love his washmachine, oooh, honey, he has broke it’s tumblin chain

And he’s taken his washin’ , and give it to the washer man

Now, he washed it in’t the bathroom, now, he washed it in’t the hall

His nails have got broken, baby, they will not wash at all

He washed it in’t the bathroom, now, he washed it in’t the hall

But his nails have got broken, and, will not wash at all

Andrew, he go crazy, baby, he will lose his mind

Andrew, he go crazy, baby, he will lose his mind

When’ll he get a new washmachine, and get back more his time

He got a washmachine, and it wont wash a single sock

He got a washmachine, oooh, and it wont wash a single sock

Whatever has he done, oooh, whatever has the poor boy done.
