The inner desire to change the environment around me has been strong since being a child when I would, dig up lumps of clay with small fingers in the garden, use a branch and string it to make a bow or scratch images on pavement flags with pieces of donkey stone and chalk.
Now, I still love to immerse myself in the raw feelings of power, excitement and energy that flow through my thoughts and body, from the materials, as I work and mould them to a mutual conclusion.
The influences for the forms I sculpt come from my reading of science journals and an on going research of human history.
