This field is adjacent to the Sculpture Park and usually has something going on in it as we pass. There was a cloud over head casting a shadow but the Sun was low in the sky and some rays managed to get under the cloud to light up the field. Rough textured, high contrasts, clean colours, flowing movement. A great start for developing works where it’s not apparent at first viewing what the image depicts but there are enough, ‘ that looks familiar ‘, messages being sent up to the consciousness centre to provoke you to ‘ put a face to it ‘.
